Every evening four chefs will create a unique eight course meal. Guests can exceptional service with a maitre d’hotel in attendance, sommeliers, chefs in the room and unique menus in a space specifically designed for the occasion. The organisers are promising a unique scenery matched with music, video and artistic performances.

At the Mercato, you will be able to find food and drink to eat on the spot, try different produce from artisanal producers and drink with friends. You will be able to shop and even store your shopping bags in a dedicated refrigerated space.
In the evenings, after 10pm, there will be a Cocktail Bar. Every evening, a cocktail will be served with a specific dish. It will be an unusual four hands experience between a chef and a barman who will create a cocktail and an amuse bouche.
Culinaria was an event that brought together some of Belgium’s best chefs and used to take place at Tour et Taxis in Brussels for five days in May. It provided foodies with a unique opportunity to savour dishes prepared by many of Belgium’s best chefs in one menu.
Culinaria also featured workshops by international chefs.
