This edition is the first part in a series that will portray the most creative and passionate chefs worldwide. The story of the chef, his development, his inspiration, mentors and the depth and breath of his culinary talent as well as beautifully photographed dishes are all covered.
The book serves both as a biography as well as a coffee table book.
The Creative Chef Collection is an initiative by photographer Ron Greve. He has previous collaborated on various cookbooks and for many years was the regular photographer of Jonnie Boer of three Michelin star restaurant De Librije in Zwolle.
Greve is working with his international network of top chefs of a series of books that show more than the chef and his creations. With the Creative Chef collection, Greve focuses on the person behind the chef, the artist behind the inspiration and the leader that makes the team bigger than the sum of its parts. The interviews were carried out by journalist Joost Scholten.
The stories are written in a way that sketches the journey of Jeroen. The Creative Chef Collection is available in English. More details here.
