Noma 2.0 is still on track to open in December. In an email sent to their subscribers, the team at noma led by René Redzepi said that the creative team was currently  traveling through the Nordic region to meet their friends  and collaborators, and to seek out new ones. Redzepi’s non-profit foundation MAD partners with Yale University to create institute for chefs
